JAM Complete Training Summer Camps create a unique, high-energy environment that keeps athletes of all ages engaged and focused. The camps feature special guest speakers and include sessions on nutrition and breath-work to enhance overall performance. Throughout the week, athletes will engage in purposeful skill development aimed at building key fundamentals:

  • Shooting & Dribbling

  • Passing & Footwork

  • Speed & Agility

  • Mental Performance and Learning

Afternoons are dedicated to applying these new skills in real game situations. Our emphasis on proper gameplay includes a strong focus on:

  • Moving without the Ball

  • Proper Spacing

  • Correct Decision Making
